Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Site Operations Lead to provide visible leadership across manufacturing sites, driving safe, compliant and efficient delivery of customer requirements. You will embed a continuous improvement culture aligned to Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, People and Sustainability.

As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will coordinate Production, Engineering, Food Safety & Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver measurable performance improvements and a culture of accountability

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of leading operational performance in a complex manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, quality, food safety and environmental requirements.
• Experience leading Lean, Continuous Improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
• HACCP/Food Safety Level 3 certification.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Project leadership with measurable business benefits.

Responsibilities

• Improve site performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, People and Sustainability metrics.
• Consistently deliver production plans while improving efficiency and reliability.
• Build a strong pipeline of continuous improvement projects with verified business benefits.
• Enhance audit readiness and compliance performance.
• Develop a highly capable and engaged manufacturing team.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and HR.
• Lead cross-functional projects delivering sustainable business results.
• Provide operational insight and strategic input to the Site Leadership Team.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
• Drive Day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet plans and customer service commitments.
• Drive KPI performance including OTIF, OEE, yield, waste reduction and productivity.
• Align resources to meet business demand.
• Develop and execute a site continuous improvement roadmap.
