Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Telford is seeking a Production Team Leader to drive a high-performing shift in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will lead safety, quality and throughput KPIs while ensuring smooth handovers, compliant operations and effective team communication.

You'll coach teams, support continuous improvement and work cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering and Planning to resolve issues and optimise production flow across the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team during shifts to meet output, quality, safety and efficiency targets.
• Ensure adherence to site safety rules, food safety standards and GMP requirements.
• Organise labour effectively to meet production needs.
• Monitor line performance, downtime, waste and quality issues, escalate as needed.
• Support start-ups, changeovers and line checks for compliant operation.
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and engagement.
