Job summary

Kerry Inc. is seeking a proactive supervisor for our manufacturing/production team. You will lead shifts, coordinate labour and resources, and drive performance against key KPIs such as Safety, Quality, OTIF, and OEE.

You will support investigations, implement corrective actions, and foster a continuous improvement culture across the team. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in food production or processing environments, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience in manufacturing
• Experience driving performance against operational KPIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience using production systems such as SAP
• Good IT skills and numerical accuracy
