Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for Canmaking to support maintenance and production in the Centre. You will work on a multi-disciplinary shift team, responding quickly to line breakdowns and helping to optimise asset utilisation and product quality.

You will operate and maintain Canmaking lines, participate in training, and contribute to continuous improvement while following high engineering standards under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Qualified to ONC or equivalent level.
• Time served apprentice.
• Detailed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities

• Operate/maintain Canmaking lines to ensure safety, quality, yield and utilisation.
• Work with production managers and technicians to respond to line breakdowns.
• Use SAP MMS to report work done and assist in planning.
