Job summary

Kraft Heinz in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary shift team responsible for maintaining site assets and enabling maximum production efficiency. You will drive RCA, safety, and continuous improvement while coordinating engineers and contractors to deliver reliable asset care.

The role requires strong technical background, leadership, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be time served Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with NVQ3 or equivalent.
• Experience in leading maintenance and reliability improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and CMMS tools for maintenance planning and execution.
• Ability to manage budgets and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering aligned craft and Engineering Asset Technicians to maintain site assets.
• Drive RCA and root cause analysis to minimise downtime.
• Oversee planning and execution of maintenance work in SAP, ensuring signed-off work orders.
• Manage engineering budget and ensure value for money.
