Job summary

Two Saints in Wokingham is seeking a compassionate Team Leader for a 28-hour part-time role, to support residents who are homeless or at risk, lead a small team, and help clients build life skills, confidence and resilience. The role requires safeguarding knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work flexibly across occasional night outreach and weekend shifts.

A driving licence is required and Enhanced DBS is essential.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in homelessness and related issues.
• Ability to lead a team and manage clients.
• Deal promptly and effectively with crises in a calm manner.
• Clear verbal and written English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Confident with lone working.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and encouragement to clients to achieve goals.
• Lead and support the Wokingham service team.
• Cover outreach shifts as needed and occasional night/weekend duties.
• Ensure safeguarding and policy adherence.
• Coordinate with partners and staff to deliver housing support.
