Job summary

Two Saints in Newbury is looking for a Team Leader to join our Newbury service. This full-time role (37 hours) starts at £29,918 and progresses to £31,688, with Enhanced DBS required.

You will support people who are homeless or care leavers to build confidence, life skills and resilience through guided, client‑centred interactions. You will lead a compassionate team, ensure safeguarding compliance, and work collaboratively to deliver housing and support services across Berkshire and Hampshire.

Qualifications

• Interest in homelessness and related issues.
• Ability to lead a team and manage crises calmly.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience with lone working and safeguarding policies.
