Job summary

The Forward Trust in Swansea is recruiting a Team Leader to helm a full-time role (35 hours/week) supporting men on probation with housing stability. You will lead a dedicated team across Dyfed Powys and Swansea, coordinating housing and support services to improve outcomes and reduce reoffending.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team to targets.
• Strong communication and collaboration with partner agencies.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with assessments, risk management or case work.
• Commitment to helping people achieve housing stability and reduce reoffending.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team with supervision, coaching and support.
• Oversee service delivery, manage caseloads and referrals.
• Support housing assessments, action plans and referrals.
• Build partnerships with probation, prison and community groups.
• Monitor performance, maintain records and meet reporting deadlines.
• Promote safe, high-quality practice and risk management.
