The Forward Trust is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide the Camau team across Dyfed Powys and Swansea. This full-time role (35 hours per week) focuses on helping men on probation secure stable housing, overcome barriers, and build a positive future.

You'll collaborate with probation, housing and community services to reduce reoffending and improve access to housing. A central part of the role is ensuring performance, quality, and case management standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team to meet targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with partner agencies.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with assessments, risk/case management or complex needs.
• Commitment to helping people achieve housing stability and reduce reoffending.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the team, providing coaching to achieve targets.
• Oversee service delivery, manage caseloads and referrals.
• Support housing assessments, action plans and referrals.
• Build partnerships with probation, prison and community organisations.
• Monitor performance, maintain records and meet reporting deadlines.
• Promote safe practice and manage risks for service users.
