We re hiring an experienced Team Leader with strong horticultural knowledge to manage and motivate site teams across a range of commercial landscaping projects. What You ll Be Doing (The Role)

• Leading small teams on soft landscaping installation and maintenance projects
• Planning daily site tasks and ensuring work is completed on time and to spec
• Working hands-on with turfing, planting, mulching, and general horticultural duties
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and maintaining high site standards
• Liaising with project managers and site contacts to coordinate logistics
• Training and mentoring junior operatives to build team capability

About You

• Proven experience as a Landscaping Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Landscaper
• Strong soft landscaping and horticultural background
• Confident managing small teams and taking ownership of site delivery
• Able to read and interpret site plans and planting schedules
• Skilled in operating landscaping tools and small machinery
• Full UK driving licence essential (company vehicle may be provided)
