What You’ll Do: Lead & motivate a team of 7 warehouse operatives to hit targets with accuracy and speed Oversee all warehouse activities — from receiving & storage to picking, packing & dispatch Keep inventory flawless with WMS & deliver regular performance reports Champion health & safety and compliance to keep our workplace secure Spot opportunities, solve problems, and make processes smoother & smarter Drive team training, briefings, and performance reviews to boost skills & morale

Who You Are: ️ Experienced warehouse pro with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role ️ Strong leader with excellent communication & team motivation skills ️ WMS savvy with forklift certification and safe equipment operation ️ Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving environment ️ Flexible, resilient, and safety-first with the ability to work rotating shifts & overtime ️ A problem solver and proactive doer with a can-do attitude
