Job summary

Mecca in Blyth is seeking a Team Leader to run a shift, lead a small guest-facing team and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll brief the team, manage rota within your zone, coordinate breaks and keep the service moving.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead your area on shift, briefing the team and setting pace and standards.
• Rota within your zone, coordinate breaks and keep service moving.
• Escalate issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Coach team members in the moment to improve service and compliance.
