Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Team Leader to guide a team of Employment Specialists, overseeing performance, wellbeing and delivery of jobseeker support services. You will lead by example, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent customer service.

You will need a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to support travel between sites. This role requires strong people management, coaching and collaboration with partners and funders.

Qualifications

• Direct line management of a team.
• Experience in sales, customer service or recruitment.
• Track record of achieving targets.
• Experience in people management including training and coaching.
• Strong administration and IT skills.
• GCSE English or equivalent Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to exceed targets.
• Manage performance, productivity and wellbeing.
• Maintain relationships with fund holders and partner organisations.
• Ensure timely reporting of KPIs.
