Job summary

RecruitedUK is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and guide Employment Advisers who work with clients, health professionals, service providers and employers to support people back into employment. Based in Fareham, Gosport, Havant or Hayling Island, the role aims to make the journey into work as smooth as possible by leading the team.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience in health/disability contexts, team leadership, and a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Excellent and confident communicator across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with people with health conditions or disabilities in health, social services or voluntary sector.
• Experience working one-to-one with clients.
• Experience of team leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Employment Advisers to guide clients back to employment.
• Coordinate with health professionals, service providers and employers to aid outcomes.
• Ensure smooth journey into employment with wellbeing considerations.
