Reed in Partnership seeks a Business Manager to lead a team of Employment Advisers, oversee daily operations and drive performance against KPIs. This office-based role involves weekly travel to the Harrogate office and outreach site in Skipton, with flexible working discussed where possible.

You will manage performance, develop staff, and build stakeholder relationships to maximise Restart referrals and employment outcomes across the local community.
