Job summary

Autism Together is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support residents in a residential care setting. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and to promote autism-specific best practices within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a UK Manual driving licence and have access to a car.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting people with autism and/or learning difficulties.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of person-centred approaches.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must pass a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Team Leader - Driver Required

Team Leader

We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Bromborough Services. This service provides intensive support to 8 individuals within a residential setting providing care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills.

The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff team to deliver a person centric service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first Line Leadership to our care heroes to achieve lifelong careers with the Charity.

We are looking for a creative and proactive individual who has excellent communication and compassionate skills to work with muti-disciplinary teams.
