Autism Initiatives is seeking a pro-active Team Leader to guide the Bangor Service, shaping and growing our support for individuals we serve. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care, developing staff capability and ensuring services meet evolving needs.
You will support the Service Manager, deputise when needed, and work to uphold our values of autism-focus, respect, excellence, empowerment and collaboration. Relevant care qualifications and driving licence are required.

To assist the Service Manager in every aspect of the running of the service as directed and to deputise in the absence of the Service Manager as required.
Given the nature of the role, these positions are subject to an enhanced Access NI check for the successful applicants. The cost of which will be met by the organisation.
