Autism Together in Bromborough, Wirral, is seeking Complex Care Support Workers to assist individuals with autism and learning disabilities in their own homes and residential settings. About the role

As a Complex Care Support Worker, your day-to-day will be dynamic and deeply rewarding. Requirements:

  • Driver with a UK Manual licence and access to a car
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting people with autism and learning difficulties
  • Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of person-centred approaches.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Desirable Level 2 or 3 in Health and social care.

  • Sleep ins: Some of our locations require staff to undertake sleep-in duties. These are payable at £60 per night.
  • Overtime pay: Overtime is available at an additional £1.20 per hour weekdays or £2.00 per hour weekends on top of your hourly rate of pay.
Hours of work: We have a range of vacancies available -

2X 32 Hours & 40 minutes per week

25 Hours & 40 minutes per week

Required Criteria
