Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift in our country pubs, ensuring excellent guest experiences and smooth operations. You’ll act as a deputy to management, organize teams, and maintain safety and compliance across the bar and dining areas.

Responsibilities include delivering memorable service, resolving issues in the absence of managers, and keeping the team focused on high standards of cleanliness and legal compliance during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
