Job summary

Horwich Farrelly in Birmingham seeks a senior Outsourced Solutions leader to coach and drive a high-performing team. You’ll manage client-focused operations, ensure service quality, and deliver strategic improvements across claims handling and related processes.

The role demands strong leadership, legal services experience, robust stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to achieving KPIs. Hybrid working one day on site per week is available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing a team in a legal services environment.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience interpreting management information and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service while meeting targets.
• Responsible for team leadership, engagement, performance management and continuous improvement.
• Act as the technical lead to ensure high-quality decision making and compliance.
• Drive delivery of operational KPIs including revenue, productivity and service metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end claims handling process and client service delivery.
• Coordinate resource planning and cover during absences.
