Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Team Leader to promote person-centred support and supervise frontline staff across Homes and services. The role includes front-line management, staff development, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in adult social care, a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards it), and a driving licence to travel between services. A focus on empathy, respect and quality of life is essential.

Qualifications

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
Minimum of 6 months experience in a Team Leader role.
Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
Able to motivate and manage a team.
Driving Licence preferred as travel across services may be required.

Responsibilities

Promote and implement the company vision of person-centred support while maintaining independence.
Act as front-line manager and ensure back-office duties are completed with compliance.
Lead staff to promote wellbeing, safety and quality of life for individuals.
Manage staff development and on-call duties as required.
Coordinate liaison with external parties to ensure effective communication within homes.
