Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Team Leader to promote person-centred support across our services. The role focuses on frontline management, ensuring back-office compliance and staff development to improve residents’ wellbeing and independence.

You will lead a team, monitor activities across homes, and coordinate with external partners. A Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it is required; driving licence preferred for travel between services.

Qualifications

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
Minimum of 6 months in a Team Leader role.
Able to motivate and manage a team.
Driving licence preferred as travel across services is involved.

Responsibilities

Promote and implement the company vision of person-centred support while maintaining independence.
Front-line manager with back-office duties in compliance.
Lead staff to promote wellbeing, safety and quality of life for individuals.
Oversee staff development and performance; monitor activities in homes.
Coordinate liaison with external parties to ensure effective communication.
Complete and review internal quality compliance systems; participate in on-call duties.
