Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Team Leader to supervise person-centred care across homes, ensuring independence and dignity for individuals we support.

You will lead frontline staff, manage back-office duties in compliance, and promote wellbeing, safety and quality of life while building a supportive, inclusive team across services. The role requires a driving licence for travel between sites and offers a £750 joining bonus, paid training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Team Leader role.
• Have a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
• Able to motivate and manage a team.
• Driving licence preferred as will be travelling across services.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure that the company vision of person-centred support is implemented while maintaining an individual's potential and independence.
• Be the front-line manager, while also ensuring all necessary back-office duties are completed within compliance.
• Respect and work cooperatively with others, enabling the people we support to live in their own home or within their local community with dignity and confidence.
• Overall responsibility for staff management and staff development.
• Leading the staff in promoting each individual's well-being, safety and quality of life.
