Job summary

National Care Group Limited in Kings Lynn is recruiting a Team Leader to drive person-centred support across our homes. You will be the front-line manager, developing staff and ensuring quality of life for the people we support.

The role requires at least 6 months in a Team Leader position, a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards), and a driver’s license to travel between services. You will work 40 hours per week with paid training and opportunities to gain

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in adult social care settings.
• Proven ability to develop staff and improve quality of life for individuals.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff management and development across homes.
• Lead delivery of group/individual activities aligned to individual goals.
• Coordinate liaison with external parties to ensure effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and national standards.
• Participate in on-call duties.
