Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Team Leader for care services, supporting adults with learning disabilities across multiple homes. You will promote person-centred care, supervise staff, and ensure safe and high‑quality daily activities.

The role requires at least 6 months in a Team Leader position and a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards). Driving licence is preferred for travel between services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Team Leader role.
• Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Able to motivate and manage a team.
• Driving licence preferred for cross-service travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure person‑centred support in line with company vision.
• Front-line manager with back-office duties in compliance.
• Lead staff to promote wellbeing, safety and quality of life for individuals.
• Manage staff development and ensure effective delivery of activities across homes.
• Liaise with external parties to coordinate communication and services.
• Participate in on-call duties and uphold company policies.
