Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Team Leader to drive person-centred support across homes, ensuring independence and dignity for individuals. You will lead frontline staff, manage administrative duties, and uphold compliance while working across multiple service sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards it) and demonstrate the ability to motivate a team, with a focus on compassion and outcomes. Driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this.
• The ability to motivate and manage a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• A proactive leader who respects and listens to people and their emotions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and implement the company vision of person-centred support while maintaining independence.
• Front-line manager with responsibility for back-office duties and compliance.
• Lead staff to promote wellbeing, safety and quality of life for individuals.
• Oversee staff management and development across homes and services.
• Coordinate liaison with external parties to ensure effective communication.
