Job summary

Brainkind is seeking a Team Leader for Redford Court in Liverpool. The role leads a team of support workers to deliver quality social and vocational support aligned with individual plans and policies.

You will oversee line management, attend to regulatory standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high standards of care and service delivery. Salary is up to £14.88 per hour for 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• NVQ / QCF level 3 HSC or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
• Previous experience of working in a care setting.
• Demonstrate ability to be flexible and adaptable in approach, being able to prioritise, plan and organise the workload.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively on all levels.
• Good time keeping, time management attendance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of support workers to ensure the needs of the service users are met.
• Provide line management to a designated team of staff at a location or group of locations.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to contribute to Brainkind’s reputation.
• Lead and support compliance with Brainkind quality audits.
• Monitor day-to-day spending at the location, including service user monies.
