Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for Swanton Community Services to lead a team of Support Workers delivering high quality, person-centred care for the people we support.

You’ll supervise your team, promote our high standards, and create and update records such as care plans and risk assessments, ensuring company policies are followed. This role offers flexible hours, training, and opportunities for professional growth in a local setting.
