Job summary

Swanton Care is seeking a Team Leader for Swanton Community Services. You will lead a team of Support Workers delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supervise daily operations to ensure exceptional service.

You’ll promote our standards, create and update care plans and risk assessments, and proactively support service users to engage with the community and develop life skills.
