Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Team Leader in Buckhaven to provide first-line leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred support. This full-time, permanent role requires a valid driving licence and a commitment to high-quality care.

You will oversee day-to-day service operations, supervise staff, develop personalised support plans, work on shift, promote inclusion, and maintain clear communication with families and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in social care.
• Experience supervising or coordinating staff.
• Working knowledge of budgets and targets.
• Strong communication, planning and motivational skills.
• SVQ Level 3 in Care (or willingness to achieve it).
• Values-driven approach built on inclusion, respect and empowerment.

We're looking for a compassionate and proactive individual to join our service in Buckhaven as a Team Leader, on a full-time (37.5hrs per week), permanent basis.

Due to the nature of this role, we can only consider applicants that hold a full driving licence.

As a Team Leader, you'll provide first-line leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team of support staff, ensuring exceptional standards of care and practice. You'll take an active role in shaping the quality of support provided, leading by example and creating a culture of respect, learning and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
