Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Team Leader to manage a Ross-shire service, guiding a multidisciplinary team and delivering high-quality support to a gentleman in his new home. This full-time role is permanent, with 37.5 hours per week and a commitment to inclusion and person-centred care.

  • SVQ Level 3 in Care (or willingness to achieve it).

We're looking for a compassionate and proactive individual to join our service in Ross-shire as a Team Leader, on a full-time (37.5hrs per week), permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a new service and be part of a team that really makes a difference. This service supports a gentleman in his new home with general day to day living, mobility, day-to-day living and promoting independence.

As a Team Leader, you'll provide first-line leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team of support staff, ensuring exceptional standards of care and practice. You'll take an active role in shaping the quality of support provided, leading by example and creating a culture of respect, learning and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
