Our children each have their own unique strengths and personalities. At times, they may communicate through behaviours that challenge, but with the support of our experienced team and your dedicated Residential Manager, you’ll develop positive approaches built on trust, empathy, and consistency.
You’ll also provide respectful, hands‑on support with personal care, always promoting dignity, choice, and independence in every aspect of daily life.
Full‑time position, 38 hours per week - varying shift patterns including day (7am‑3pm), late (2pm‑10pm, 5pm‑1am) and admin (9am‑4pm) shifts. You will also need to work every other weekend and some bank holidays.
