Working within our innovative Learning & Development team, you’ll contribute to a culture where learning is valued, talent is nurtured, and people are encouraged to reach their full potential.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on ambitious development programmes, embrace innovative approaches to learning, and directly influence the quality of support we provide through the development of our people.

  • Deliver inspiring and engaging learning experiences that bring learning to life.
  • Coach, mentor and assess learners undertaking Level 2, 3 and 5 Diplomas in Adult Social Care.
  • Motivate learners to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their goals.
  • Track learner progress and provide meaningful feedback that supports continuous development.
  • Contribute to innovative learning initiatives and future‑focused workforce development programmes.

Help identify and develop the next generation of talent and leaders within MacIntyre.

You’ll use a blended approach to learning, combining:

  • Face‑to‑face workshops
  • Virtual learning through Microsoft Teams
  • One‑to‑one coaching and tutoring
  • Workplace observations
  • Collaborative group learning activities

Alongside delivering learning, you’ll build strong relationships with managers and learners, ensuring every individual receives the support they need to thrive and succeed.

You’ll also play an important role in maintaining quality standards, championing best practice and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across our learning programmes.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified Assessor with a TAQA Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experienced in delivering vocational qualifications and supporting adult learners.
  • Passionate about helping others achieve their goals and realise their potential.
  • Skilled in designing engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Knowledgeable about awarding organisations and quality assurance requirements.
  • An excellent communicator who can build trust, inspire confidence and foster positive relationships.
  • Adaptable, organised and enthusiastic about embracing innovative approaches to learning.
  • Committed to creating inclusive learning environments where everyone can succeed.
  • A full UK driving licence holder with access to a reliable vehicle.

Why Join MacIntyre?
