Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Team Leader for Patient Services to lead clinical administration teams across HUB 1A (Maxillo-facial) and HUB 1B (Breast Surgery and Dermatology). We have two exciting opportunities to become a Team Leader within Patient Services, to lead and motivate our clinical administration teams within HUB 1A (Maxillo-facial speciality) and Hub 1B (Breast Surgery and Dermatology specialities), supporting our clinical colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver the very best care for our patients. You will support the Hub managers with their work whilst supporting & motivating your team, you will work at the Castle Hill Hospital site although some cross site working over Hull Royal Infirmary will be expected. You will oversee outpatient clinics, inpatient waiting lists and patient correspondence teams adhering to performance targets and identifying continuous service improvements. You'll be required to analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team. If you are an external applicant, you will be required to start on the second working Monday of the month to ensure you are welcomed into the trust and are provided with the best experience possible. This will be via the Patient Services induction training plan.
