Cygnet is seeking a Team Leader for its Clynsaer service in Carmarthenshire. You will oversee day-to-day operations in a residential setting for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, delivering person-centred support and guiding a dedicated team.

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Clynsaer.

Set within beautifully converted 1930's mansion in rural Carmarthenshire, Clynsaer is a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities, behaviours that may challenge and associated complex needs. We provide tailored support that promotes independence, wellbeing and community participation, enabling each individual to live a full and meaningful life.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll be working 37.5 hours a week at Clynsaer, working with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

Salary: £15.39 per hour
