Cygnet Group at Ducks Halt in Kirby-le-Soken, Essex, is seeking a confident Care & Support Team Leader to help deliver outstanding care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You’ll work 40 hours a week at the service, supporting management and staff to provide safe, person-centred care.

Based in the picturesque village of Kirby-le-Soken, Essex, Ducks Halt supports adults who are living with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those who have additional mental and physical health needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
