Job summary

Clynsaer, a Cygnet specialist residential service near Carmarthenshire, is seeking a Team Leader. You will guide staff, ensure quality care for adults with complex needs, and support daily operations at the site. The role demands leadership, empathy, and strong teamwork.

Salary is £15.39 per hour for a 37.5-hour week, with opportunities for development and ongoing coaching. DBS check will be required as part of pre-employment checks.

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Clynsaer.

Set within beautifully converted 1930's mansion in rural Carmarthenshire, Clynsaer is a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities, behaviours that may challenge and associated complex needs. We provide tailored support that promotes independence, wellbeing and community participation, enabling each individual to live a full and meaningful life.

Your Day-to-Day...

You'll be working 37.5 hours a week at Clynsaer, working with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health.

Salary: £15.39 per hour
