Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Healthcare Support Worker for our Adarna House service in Bradford. This part-time role offers 30 hours weekly across varied 6-hour shifts, including days, nights and weekends, to support nine men with mental illness and ASD in a rehab setting.

You'll provide enhanced care, learn individual needs, assist with medical and welfare needs, maintain safety, and support residents toward greater independence, with DBS required and apprenticeship options available.

We are looking for a confident Healthcare Support Worker with a passion for making a difference to others.

You'll be working Part time 30 Hours per week (e.g. 5 days per week), of 6 hour shifts at different times to suit service needs - may include days/nights and weekends, to help lead activities in the main service and external social hub at Cygnet Adarna House, helping provide a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.

Cygnet Adarna House is our rehabilitation service for men with mental illness and a secondary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Supporting nine men, we provide a homely and community facing environment for individuals who are preparing for community life, but need further support to move to more independent living.

Your Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
