Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a Team Leader in Rushden, Northamptonshire to lead the shift and ensure the team has everything they need to run like clockwork. You’ll keep standards high and ensure customers are kept happy.

You’ll deputise for the management team, help organise busy shifts, and ensure the bar is safe, legal and clean with quick issue resolution. English accuracy is essential for safety and allergen controls.

Qualifications

• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
