Job summary

Hungry Horse - Bra_104 is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a busy service shift. You’ll motivate the team, ensure top standards, and keep customers happy with warm, memorable experiences.

Reporting to the management team, you’ll resolve issues quickly, organise the team during peak hours, and guarantee the bar operates safely, legally, and cleanly. A strong, hands-on leader with English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on a shift.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and calmly.
• Strong customer service focus and communication.
• Knowledge of allergen controls and safety procedures.

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
