Job summary

Greene King Inns is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team runs smoothly and customers receive a warm welcome. You will model excellent service, handle issues in the absence of management, and keep the bar compliant, safe, and efficient.

We value attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive, team-focused attitude. A strong command of English and allergen awareness are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Eye for detail and high standards of service.
• Ability to lead by example and adapt to busy shifts.
