Job summary

Greene King Inns is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team have everything they need and that our customers enjoy a warm, memorable experience.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate the team, keep the bar safe and compliant, and lead by example to deliver excellent service even on the busiest nights.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure quality service and safe pours.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate the team.
• Ability to think on your feet during busy shifts.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform role safely.

• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
