Job summary

Hungry Horse in Eastleigh is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide the shift, keep standards high and ensure customers leave happy. You’ll deputise for management, coordinate the team during busy periods, and ensure the bar stays safe, legal and clean with a warm welcome and excellent service.

You’ll drive teamwork, maintain stock and uphold allergen controls, mentoring colleagues to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
