Job Title: Team Leader (Children's Residential)
Location: Richmond, North Yorkshire
Salary: £13.80 - £14.80 per hour
Working Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.80 per hour (Standard Team Leader) / £14.80 per hour (Team Leader with On-Call Responsibilities)
Number of Sleeps Required: Sleeps required
Pay Per Sleep: £40 per sleep
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD and Trauma

The Home:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You must be committed to trauma-informed care and able to work flexibly across two provisions when needed. Both provision in Northallerton.
