We’re looking for a Team Leader to lead and support a mobile cleaning team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met across key rail depots in the North. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supervisory role within the rail industry and make a real impact.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking a proactive and organised team leader with a strong background in cleaning and the confidence to manage and motivate a small team. You’ll be expected to work flexibly across various locations, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Role Overview
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a small mobile team, overseeing tasks such as external train cleaning and graffiti removal, managing stock levels, and maintaining strong communication with clients. Your role will include allocating daily responsibilities, performing quality audits, and ensuring all safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met. You’ll also provide hands-on support to your team throughout their shifts. This position involves working across multiple depots during the week to help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for passengers.
A full UK driving licence, held for a minimum of two years, is essential.
