Job summary

Home Bargains in Reading is hiring a Team Leader to work hands-on with the management team, set daily priorities, and help the store hit its goals with confidence.

You'll coach new starters, support colleagues on the shop floor, and drive great customer service, ensuring shelves are stocked and standards are high.

Salary & Hours

• This role and location qualifies for a £3,000 FTE Regional Allowance. This allowance is non-contractual and non-transferable.
• 44 hours per week

• Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.

• Have experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
• Be confident supporting colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor
