Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Team Leader to work hands-on, support the team, and keep the store looking its best. You’ll lead by example on daily priorities, ensuring shelves are stocked and the store runs smoothly.

You’ll develop leadership skills, coach colleagues, and help create brilliant shopping moments with great customer service. This role offers development opportunities and a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment.

• 44 hours per week

• Have experience supervising others in a fast‑paced retail or hospitality environment
