Job summary

Home Bargains in the UK is inviting applications for a Team Leader to drive daily store performance and lead a busy retail team. You’ll work hands-on on the shop floor, support colleagues, and ensure targets are met while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll manage daily priorities, train and coach team members, and maintain store standards across merchandising, safety, and service. This role offers development opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to coach and guide colleagues on the shop floor.

• Have experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
