Job summary

Home Bargains in Basildon is seeking a proactive Team Leader to run day-to-day store operations, support a hardworking team, and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll be hands-on on the shop floor, lead by example, and help keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.

You’ll develop leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment with clear development opportunities and a supportive team, starting a rewarding career within a growing discount retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Confident in supporting colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor.
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.

• Have experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
• Be confident supporting colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor

• Clear and confident communication with both customers and colleagues
• Ability to guide and support others to meet store standards and targets
