Job summary

Home Bargains Milton Keynes is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to work with the management team. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, support new starters, coach colleagues, and ensure shelves are stocked, aisles tidy and the store runs smoothly every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks.

• Clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.
